Artwork Rules: Theme: Western lifestyle Two-dimensional/flat, no larger than 16”x20” Official entry form taped to back One piece of art per student may be submitted FREE entry Selection & Judging: Entries to be judged by the NWSS Youth Art Judging Committee. Winners will be selected and notified by December 15, 2023. One champion and one reserve champion will be selected per grade, 1st-12th. Honorable mentions will be selected per grade at the judging committee's discretion.
