We will go over project proposals today. Continue to work on your symbols. Once you have a symbol completed, create a new AI file for just that symbol. Place the AI file into the group folder below.

Save your project proposal to a new folder in your Final folder. Title in Project 1. Then you can continue working on symbols.

Have your third symbol completed today. We will review our next sketchbook assignment today as well. Your first personal project proposal is due on Friday.

North Community Art Installation

Start to work on creating symbols that you know you want to include in the project. Once we get community feedback we will design additional symbols.

We will compile a list of ideas so we can get input from the community. You can start to also brainstorm a possible free design project idea as well. Sketchbooks are due Monday.

We will come up with a game plan of our design today and begin to brainstorm. We will do a field trip down to the office to measure so look at the space in person.

At the end of class you need to have a physical design completed and your digital designs saved and turned in. Make sure to complete the self-evaluation and submit your checklist in Schoology as well.
